Our thin-skinned, extra-crisp Persian cucumbers have the mild, sweet flavor that wins over cucumber lovers. They run small and uniform, slice clean without peeling, and keep their snap in salads, sandwiches and pickling brines. We receive them year-round from growers in Mexico and California and pack them in 20 and 22 lb boxes in Fancy, Extra Fancy and #2 grades.
